New vehicle counting technology for parking lots
Since the summer of 2022, X-TELIA has been distributing in Canada a new vehicle counting solution developed in Italy and deployed in several European countries, including the Nordic countries. The sensor uses three technologies simultaneously to count vehicles entering and exiting a parking lot with high accuracy.
The solution is entirely battery operated and very easy to install.
Our custom dashboard, based on our X-TELIA IoT Hub platform, allows you to see real-time occupancy of various parking lots and view historical data to identify peak periods, turnover rates, etc. This data can also be routed to a third-party system or any other system.
Important advantage: It is easy to remove the sensor from the ground at any time for repair or battery replacement.
